CAN YOU INTRODUCE US TO BERGAN AND ITS AREAS OF WORK?
Founded by a textile engineer, Bergan was built around an ongoing quest for quality, along with an ultra-customized offering. We are now the textile specialist for luxury establishments: bed, bath and table linen, bedding and textile decoration.
Bergan designs and develops high-quality, custom-made linen for luxury hotels, palaces, Michelin-starred restaurants and upscale spas. The company currently employs 15 people.
Who are your customers?
We support the most prestigious establishments, including Les Airelles, L’Apogée, Le Cap Eden Roc, La Bastide de Gordes, La Grande Maison-Bordeaux-Bernard Magrez and Le Narcisse Blanc, who have entrusted Bergan with their choice of household and table linen and bedding.
What sets you apart from your competitors?
We reinforce the brand image of hotels and restaurants by offering them the possibility of buying bespoke, high-quality linen. In the world of luxury, every detail contributes to perfecting the customer experience.
EVERY CREATION IS UNIQUE
We choose the finest materials for our custom-made linen, controlling the production process down to the last detail. There is no product catalogue as such, each creation is unique. Our hand-worked cuts and meticulous stitching testify to the level of fine-tuning required to produce our products.
Bergan is one of the few companies able to cover all hoteliers’ textile needs, including meeting specific requirements such as the development of raw materials or even “unique” fabric. Our high level of responsiveness also allows us to guarantee fast production when necessary.
How do your products generate greater added value for your customers?
The image of quality associated with French manufacturing know-how is really appreciated by stakeholders in the luxury sector. The “Made in France” label is an attractive asset increasingly valued by hotels on the market. Many of the hotels that enquire about our services have already adopted a development strategy focusing on products “made in France”, in particular when it comes to renewing their textiles.
Do you work internationally?
Yes, in fact Bergan is currently making astonishing progress within this arena. We’re receiving more and more international requests within Europe from prestigious hotels such as the Burgenstock Resort in Switzerland, as well as in Africa, the Americas…
